    x( SMILING I AM 47 AND I too am very fit... BUT MY MID section is ALWAYS A PROBLEM... i really try to watch the sugar... AND I FOUND THAT KICKBOXING HAS REALLY HELPED... it worked for me... u might want to try it!! GOOD LUCK :P

    I have firmed my butt ...!!! YAAA it took a lot of work.. BUT DONT DISCOUNT FLOOR WORK.. I USE 10LB ANKLE WEIGHTS and do kicks-- side kicks --leg raises.. etc... along with lunges .. squats.. and the high step really helps hips and butt... I make sure i work out my lower body at least 3x's a...

    I am a 47 year old considered very fit.... I do not like the high impact aeorbics .. in fact i traded Imax2.. I was hoping Cathe you would do a CTX .. PURE STRENGTH ..... OR SLOW AND HEAVY TYPE FORMAT... I guess i would not be interested in the new tapes.. I luv your Kickboxing videos........!!

    I did the IS Pyramid lower body.. My question is when u load your bar .. u refer to the weight as 35lbs 25lbs etc.. is that on BOTH SIDES FOR 25LBS EACH SIDE?? :P THANKS :+

    I am fairly develped... (my abs ahh umm.. need more work).. I use only Free weights.. i like the feel of them... that is another option
