    Thanks for the workout suggestions! Yday was Athletic Step (2 risers! I figure on the steady-state workouts if I've got 6 inches on Cathe, I at least ought to raise my step 2 inches! but I still just use 1 on the Imaxes!) :D Today will be Total Body--probably MM.

    STS TB was a good workout y-day. Not my fave on the first try, but I think it will grow on me. Trying to decide if today will be a rest day or if I will push through my workout. I'm pretty exhausted. Too much going on here! ETA: Just did Core Max segment 3 and calling it good.
