I'd say any cardio workout that you enjoy :) If the rotation includes the complete Hard Strikes workout maybe Slide & Glide.... I only mention it because it starts with cardio and then ends with some light strength training like Hard Strikes.

I just wanted to report that there's something wrong with the Low Quality version of this workout. It freezes at the 11 second mark. It worked fine on the high quality version. Just trying to watch my data cap so I usually use the low quality version. BTW loved the workout!!

That's exactly what I do. Laptop to HDMI cable to TV. Whatever is on the laptop screen is mirrored on the TV.
