Lower body Blast weights

Hey Cathe and everyone! I did Lower Body Blast today. What was the weight for the barbell? In the workout Cathe mentions 5 lb, 10 lb but that's it. I'm just wondering. Also, what's the stretch music? It's very nice!

It looks like the total weight of her barbell is set at 25-27lbs. She generally uses a Les Mills type "cardio" barbell which has "large" plates (10-11 lbs), "medium" plates (5lbs), and "small" plates (2.2-2.5lbs). The barbell generally weighs between 4-5 lbs, and it looks like she is using one "large" plate on each side. However, since Cathe is, oddly, not forthcoming about her weights in this workout :confused: o_O and never says one way or another (as you well know), I can't be sure. That is my best (educated) guess, though. :) HTH!
 
Thanks Liz. I think I had mine at 30 lbs (in plates), my legs were quivering BIG TIME! I can rarely go as heavy as Cathe so I wasn't sure. Needless to say I was sort of limping for the rest of the day. By the way....what does HTH mean?
