Hey Cathe and everyone! I did Lower Body Blast today. What was the weight for the barbell? In the workout Cathe mentions 5 lb, 10 lb but that's it. I'm just wondering. Also, what's the stretch music? It's very nice!
It looks like the total weight of her barbell is set at 25-27lbs. She generally uses a Les Mills type "cardio" barbell which has "large" plates (10-11 lbs), "medium" plates (5lbs), and "small" plates (2.2-2.5lbs). The barbell generally weighs between 4-5 lbs, and it looks like she is using one "large" plate on each side. However, since Cathe is, oddly, not forthcoming about her weights in this workout and never says one way or another (as you well know), I can't be sure. That is my best (educated) guess, though. HTH!
Thanks Liz. I think I had mine at 30 lbs (in plates), my legs were quivering BIG TIME! I can rarely go as heavy as Cathe so I wasn't sure. Needless to say I was sort of limping for the rest of the day. By the way....what does HTH mean?
