Inquiring minds want to know when we'll be getting some video clips of the new workouts? Excited!!

I know I'm the dissenter here, but I feel like Cathe is known for her gold standard advanced workouts, and personally, I really hope she keeps making advanced workouts ad infinitum:-)

I have done most of the Strong and Sweaty series and I LOVE them! I'm so happy Cathe is back with you advanced knock 'em out of the ballpark videos! Love all the upper and lower body premixes too! And the bonus abs! Just stellar!

I did the floor premix too and absolutely LOVED it! Cathe is on top of her game with this set! Love,love, love that these are advanced workouts again!!!!

Same here! I switched over the chrome and it played fine, but not on IE. Wonder what's going on?

Cafelatte, thank you for your post. I lost my husband to suicide three years ago and in retrospect, saw the signs. It is heartbreaking that a person gets to that point of despair. Awareness is key for prevention so thank you for taking the time to share and include that useful article. Hugs...
