    Like ChelePA said, cdornerfitness!!! Chris has over 300 free step workouts ranging from beginner to advanced, and she means business when she says advanced. I love her channel and her encouraging, fun personality.

    Built-in Refigerator: is it worth it?

    I've got a dead refrigerator in my kitchen. I've always wanted a built-in fridge because they look so beautiful, but they are so pricey! I need something that has about 28-30 cubic foot capacity (family of 6!). Does anybody have a built-in? Was it worth the price premium? TIA!

    Agree! Doing certain moves with the barbell kills my elbows so it's nice having a modifier doing the alternative dumbbell moves "with" me!
