    It could be, I've always done it that way, because for me its easier to edit my next three workouts and print them out too.

    If I go to Workout Manager and hit One Rep Max at the top, My One Rep Max shows #681. You can also see the rep calculator for it when you pull up Disc 4 in the Calendar (which is where I tend to manage my one-rep's.

    I don't have any voice/volume issues on any of the dvd's, they sound quite good. Super happy with the music in this series, especially in PHA and Giant Sets. I did Giant Sets again tonight, third time and its a great workout. I love the ability to go heavy.

    You will play those 1RM's like a violin the first couple of times! I don't formally test, nope, my current round of STS takes care of that. I average 2 weeks break time before a fresh start up.

    I pretty much modify every workout I own because I like to change them up anyway. On this workout there looks to be a lot of fun jumping that I can do on my rebounder. Its wide enough (49 inches) and the mat is extra-strong, works amazing with a lot of the high impact moves.
