Hi, Debbie! I'm using Cathe's 4 Day Split and she uses the pyramid up style of lifting on some of the sets. For strength gains, do you think it would be better to pyramid down instead of up? Thanks in advance for you help. Nicole :)

I love to swim, but it really isn't as easy as it looks. I find it a lot more gentle on the body though. I was on the swim team for several years and I think it just takes time to build the endurance. Like most things, it becomes easier once you do it more since your body adapts. I don't know...

IMO, for $19.99, Tae Bo Bootcamp is definitely worth the purchase. I have never used the basic w/o, but the Utimate Bootcamp is a great! I like to loop the bands for for resistance. Ultimate Bootcamp along with Get Ripped and the Live Series are my favorite Tae Bo w/o's. I really wish Billy...

IMHO, stick with Cathe. I have 3 kids (2-5 years old) and find it much easier to work out at home than going to the gym. Cathe's new STS series seems like it's going to wonderful and will definitely get you back to your pre-preg body :)
