Circuit Mix Rotation Question for Debbie (aka Fitness Freak)

Hello Debbie,

Do you remember if the Circuit Mix Rotation helped you lose body fat? I'm about to finish a 4DS rotation and have gained a lot of strength, but now I want to focus on lowering my body fat before summer. Which rotation would be better for this goal- the circuit mix or get ready for summer 2007? Also, since both rotations use more endurance weight training, will I lose the strength I've gained?

You can go with either rotation. Quite honestly, I can't remember my results from those rotations. I feel that if you keep your weights up and cardio to about 2-3 hours a week and eat clean, you will lose body fat. I don't think endurance or circuit workouts have anything to do with that. This is just my personal experience, though. My body responds VERY well with heavy weight training.

That being said, there is always room for endurance workouts just to change it up a bit. And yes, your body will probably respond by dropping body fat some. But you will lose strength gains.
