    Yoga at home or elsewhere?

    I do Yoga at home. I just got the NaturalJourneys.com "Yoga for Wimps" series and love it. Annika Carlson does a great job at explaining every pose. If you are new to Yoga this might be a good option for you. I have other like Karen Voight and Yoga Zone as well.

    Need help with clean eating

    I like to remove the core out of an apple (I like fiji), place some raisins in the middle, sprinkle some cinnamon and microwave it for about 1 minute (depends how you like it) and top it with plain fat free yogurt. I love it!
