    Dumbells too heavy to hold, but proper weight needed for exercise.

    This is the Body Solid Commercial Multi Press Squat Rack. It has a small footprint. We use it as a squat rack, bench press, and pull-up bar (we put the bar on the top bracket and hang from it).

    losing all 1RM.....

    Sorry to here what happened. Since you do not know the weight or reps used in 1rm testing but do know the 1rm then just enter this as the weight but only put in "1" rep and it will then be correct. Good Luck Sam

    Enterring actuals

    When I go to enter actual weights and reps, I noticed the order of exercises just comes up random on the screen instead of the order on the workout card. It makes data entry much more time consuming. Just wondering if there are any plans to have the workout cards match up to the online entry?

    Under-estimated myself on 1RM's...

    Exact Opposite on day one. The push ups took it out of me so when I got to weights I was finding that I could not complete the reps with the target weight and had to drop on many of them. I am not sure if this is an anomaly or whether I maxed out a little to extreme in measuring my 1rms.
