    OK You Kettlebell Enablers....

I had some very stubborn rotator cuff problems in the past, and since my involvment with kettlebells they are 99% gone. If you do it right, KBs actually will help your shoulder problems.

    The only food

So if you could only have one food for the rest of your life, what would that be? In my case it would be the farmers' cheese, blubbery, flaxseed, peanut butter chocolate proteinpowder mix. For some unknown reason I just love that mix!

    interesting article

Yes, the artice is very interesting and I can also say that I was at my heaviest during my marathoning years. BUT it is not the cardio that kept my weight on, but the extra food I ate. Endurance type of training, specially for ironman, marathons, takes long hours of cardio training day after...

    H2H kettlebell DVDs?

If you are new to kettlebells Jeff Martone is not exactly the best guy to start with. I have 2 DVDs from him, and though there are some traditional moves in them, a lot of stuff is rather advanced ( flippings, upside down holds etc). His DVD would be a great choice for someone who is really...

That makes me very happy! Steve Cotter rocks. He is en excellent teacher, and explains the forms so very well, no? Anyone try this kettlebell workout

Yes, he is using 2 KBs. He likes unusual moves. For example the overhead around the body swing with a towel is really hard, I've seen it only on Steve Cotter's Encyclopedia as a real hard and very advanced core move. In this move you swing the KB by a towel like a lasso over your head/body. It...

    Anyone try this kettlebell workout

I have the DVD and it is really not a good one at all to start. If you are new at kettlebell, try Iron Core instead. Target sells that too. Good luck!

tneah or anyone - lifting lighter?

As of today KB swings helped my hip to be the strongest ever. It is sort of tricky but slowly and surely after practicing a lot I think I've finally licked it. When you swing at the same time you must really tighten you butt as hard as you can and snap your knee straight (this is a very...

    Is anyone NOT ordering STS?

I just don't see how I could incorporate it with my kettlebells -- the kbells I'm still in love passionately. I'd rather spend the money on a kettlebell course.

    Yet another KB question . . .

I would very highly recommend anybody who is just starting to do kettlebells (and planning to do them in the future) to get Steve Cotter's Kettlebell Encyclopedia DVD series. It is not cheap, but definitely worth every penny. There are some good buys on ebay...
