Can not log into Nutrition Home Page

I purchased the 9.99 nutrition and was able to log in earlier this evening but I can't anymore. I get rediredted to a screen that tells me I must purchase the software.

Try closing your Browser and the open a new browser. Then login to the WM amd then click on the Nutrition link in the tools menu in the WM. let me know if this helps?
 
It doesn't help

I am having the same issue and I have logged out, logged back in, closed my browser, restarted my computer, shut down my computer over night (I thought maybe it was just tired!), tried it from different computers using a different browser...I think you get the picture:)

I am having problems too. I have been using the nutrition software for two days but today I get a message that says I have to purchase it. I tried logging in several times and even restarted my computer but I still can't get in.
 
I tried and I am still not able to get in to the nutrition this morning it is telling me to purchase a package. As well all my saved information is changing or being deleted every time I log in.
 
I've been having this same issue since I purchased the software. I have tried on different computers and everything. I was only able to use teh software right after i purchased the membership but haven't been able to log back in since i closed that session. Any advice?
 
Can't Even Purchase

I'm having problems trying to purchase it! I'm from Canada like you Sarah2184 but when I put in my Postal Code in the Zip Code field it tells me when I try to purchase that I didn't put in the correct Zip Code and won't let me purchase. How were you able to purchase it, Sarah2184? I'm confused :(. It even has a field for "Country/Region" and I put in Canada but this does not change the field types to reflect Canada, i.e., Province and Postal Code field. I'm stumped.

I would like to order the Nutrition software but for some reason can't find out where to order it. In the area on the home page where it says "do you want to become a premium member, click here" it doesn't work for me. Does anyone have any suggestions to help me out???

Chris, I bought Nutrition Software but can't access either

I bought the one-year package yesterday and it has cleared my VISA card, but I still get the prompt telling me that I have to purchase the package, OR (intermittently) I get the prompt telling me I need to register "for access the Vitabot". (Re: that last prompt -- is the programmer by chance in Russia?? :D)

First, make sure you are logged into the Workout Manager. Next, check your popup blocker. Let me know iif this helps.

Chris, still can't get to Nutrition Software

Hi Chris! Thanks for the suggestion, but it didn't change anything. I can log in to the Workout Manager successfully (my calendar works and all that stuff). But then if I click on "My Nutrition" in the left column I get the "buy a package" screen. If I click on "Nutrition" from the orange horizontal top bar and choose "My Nutrition Home", I get that strange pop-up window that says "For access the Vitabot you must Register", and a "Register" button. If I click that "Register" button, I get a screen with this message:

Bad Request


Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. The request line contained invalid characters following the protocol string.

Apache/1.3.41 Ben-SSL/1.59 Server at Port 443

Does this make sense to you?

Should I cancel the transaction on my credit card and try again??
