    Weight loss....WHEN!?!

    Have most of you (especially you guys that are losing pants sizes) doing just STS and on alternate days doing either shock or some sort of cardio or are you doing more. Sometimes I think I can get better/quicker results by doing STS and cardio the same day...five days a week.

    Holy cow Bethj...did you do anything else? Just the three sts workouts a week and some cardio? Lots of cardio? Cardio after the sts? Please spill. If I could just feel comfortable in my clothes I wouldn't worry about every pound.:eek:

    Thanks for the replies. I am going to take measurements this monday and just eat clean and work out and keep going. I am just in another pant size then I was when I was younger...and keep fighting it. I get discouraged when I don't lose and use it as an excuse to give up. Not going to do it...

    Wow you guys. Those are great answers and interesting as well. I am 48 so I know my metabolism is slowing down. I'd like to drop 10 lbs...but like you guys are thinking...if I keep the 10lbs but its all muscle, I wouldn't care. Any yes...I'm starving!

    Just need some encouragment/advise. It's only been a month but I'm really working at working out four days a week, rotating STS and shock cardio. I'm cut my calories down to about 1200 a day (weigh now about 122, 5'2") and I just don't think I have lost a pound. Is that normal? My boyfriend...

    Is there any way to know how many calories (roughly) each exercise disc burns? I'm trying to cut calories per day and figure in the workout but don't know how many calories I can subtract for working out... Even a basic number would be helpful 300? 500? :rolleyes:

    A month of ONLY cardio Shock?

    Darine, Have you started your one month shock cardio? I'm going to do the same thing. I have the strength set but am at least 10 lbs overweight. I'm hoping that if I at least do the Hiit for a month I might kickstart weight loss before I start adding muscle. How is it going for you?:)

    I only have about 45-60 minutes as well in the mornings. Means getting up at 5:30am. I keep the remote right by me when I'm exercising. Cathe starts the tri set (Meso 2) and you know she will repeat it three times. I just let the DVD go. I don't take the full breaks like the DVD does, I just...
