    Make sure that your hips are tucked under before you lower into the lunge. If they are tilted forward, that causes you to really push with your back leg.

    In searching old posts, I found that Cathe uses 128-134 bpm's for her classes. IMHO, I really can't imagine going faster than that safely.

    Video recommendations

    I tried Simply Strong yesterday and I have to say that it is harder than it looks. The triceps work is very hard and the level 3 push-ups are killers. The squats were a little fast for my knees, but next time I'll slow down and use heavier weights.
