I've found a couple good videos lately that are helping make the wait for new Cathes a bit less agonizing.
Gin Miller's Simply Strong is an hour of compound exercises using a variety of equipment, and integrating balance and core work. She's not too whacky (I like her whackiness, but understand why some don't) and you could really grow with this tape, I think. It's based on the "Final Cuts" techniques. I got it from Gin's site for $14.95.
Ginette Deslauriers' (sp???) Urban Tai Chi is a unique low-impact cardio tape, and although it's 50 minutes you probably won't be in your zone the whole time, but you could modify up as you became more familiar with the moves. Its lateral moves really cooked my inner thighs, and there's a refreshing mind/body mood here. I bought this vid from Collage.
If anyone has already tried these, what do you think?
