    Angles, Lines and Curves

Hi Wayne - I pulled this video off the shelf today and did it again for the first time in a while and it felt great. I will start trying it add it in to my rotation again, maybe on my "rest" days. Thanks for reintroducing it to me!! - Diane

    Any yogurt eaters

I eat (or I guess drink) the Dannon Light and Fit Smoothies almost every day for a snack. They are yummy and only 80 calories, and I like that you don't need a spoon! My favorite is Mixed Berry, followed by Strawberry Banana in a close second. Apparently other people eat them a lot too b/c...

    Video rotation

Hi Carol - Thanks for your response. I have seen several people label Bootcamp as cardio and was wondering why since it had weight work. I tried this video the other day for the first time and really loved it. I didn't have soreness the day after doing it, so I might try it with light...

Would anyone be generous enough to help w/ a rotation?

Hi Everyone - I just started using Cathe's workouts and don't have enough videos for the rotations already posted. I also run instead of step aerobics. I'm not sure where to start!! My goals is increased muscle definition in both upper and lower body. Also, any suggestions on what to add...

    Video rotation

Hi Carol - I had a quick question about Bootcamp. I see that you did Bootcamp in between 2 weightlifting workouts. Is bootcamp considered pure cardio even though it has some weight lifting in it? Do you use lighter weights or the same that Cathe uses. Thanks, Diane

    Tried my first step tape

I have been scared to try stepping myself. I am ready to pull the trigger and finally buy a step and the Classics Vol. 1 dvd, but I was wondering how much space is needed. I don't have very much room to work out at all (I live in a very small studio apartment) - are there some step tapes that...

    New Cathe Convert

Hi Cathe - I have recently switched for the Firm to Cathe weigh training videos and don't think I will ever go back!! I stopped seeing results with the Firm and felt like many of the movements in the videos were pointless and were wasting my time. After asking questions on this wonderful...

    Angles, Lines and Curves

I have this video as well and really loved it also. For some reason, I just can't get into yoga, but this tape is relaxing without being boring. I feel so graceful and peaceful while I am doing it. But I have found that I haven't been doing it as much as when I first got it - maybe the...

    Lower body every day??

Hi everyone - This is a really interesting concept. I don't have enough time to do two workouts a day, so would something like this work: M: Full body workout (omitting floor work) T: cardio + floorwork W: Full body workout (omitting floor work) Th: cardio + floorwork etc...

    What's your Occupation?

I'm in my last year of law school at Stanford, but next year I will be working at a large firm in Texas. So I guess I don't have a "real" occupation yet :)

    Tried my first step tape

I've heard several people say that they found Cathe's tape in the box when they bought their step. Which step is it that you bought, because I am looking to get a step one of these days and it would be nice to already have a Cathe tape! Thanks

Which kickboxing video would you recommend?

Since I am not that interested in trying step aerobics (and don't think I have the room for it), which if Cathe's kickboxing videos would you recommend? Thanks

    Ebay

You could also sell videos on amazon.com. I have started the process of selling some older videos to make room (and get $$) for the new. I just posted some videos 4 days ago and already sold a lot. There is a small charge, but they also give you shipping costs. Hope this helps. - Diane

    Your favorite weight lifting DVD

Thanks for everyone's suggestions. I have ME coming in the mail, and will probably get the PUB/PLB and either PS DVD or Power Hour DVD. I did what people suggested on another post and started selling some of my older videos I don't use and already made enough to buy some DVDs...

Results w/ Cathe vs. the Firm

That is interesting that your results with the Firm were so different than mine! I have slight definition in my arms but the "ham/glute tie-in" is where I need the most work! Hopefully Cathe's lower body workouts will work better for me - if not, it might just be something I will live with x(...
