I have to second this recommendation. I recently purchased this DVD (I already had Pure Strength, PUB/PLB, and Muscle Endurance) but I have to say right now I am in LOVE with Power Hour! I have been doing this workout twice a week for the past three weeks (and I have to stop myself from doing it more). The workout just flies by- the music is awesome- the shoulder section is the best! I used to hate endurance workouts and would concentrate on strength building exclusively, but I think PH is one of my all-time favorites. I haven't even gotten around to trying MIS or Body Max.
