I just started using Cathe's workouts and don't have enough videos for the rotations already posted. I also run instead of step aerobics. I'm not sure where to start!! My goals is increased muscle definition in both upper and lower body. Also, any suggestions on what to add next to my collection would be helpful too!

Pyramid Upper Body/Lower Body DVD
Pure Strength DVD
