Would anyone be generous enough to help w/ a rotation?

Hi Everyone -

I just started using Cathe's workouts and don't have enough videos for the rotations already posted. I also run instead of step aerobics. I'm not sure where to start!! My goals is increased muscle definition in both upper and lower body. Also, any suggestions on what to add next to my collection would be helpful too!

Here is what I have:
Supersets
Push Pull
Legs & Glutes
Muscle Endurance
Bootcamp
Pyramid Upper Body/Lower Body DVD
Pure Strength DVD

Here's a four-week rotation suggestion.

Week 1

Day 1 - Cardio
Day 2 - Supersets
Day 3 - Cardio
Day 4 - Push Pull
Day 5 - Cardio
Day 6 - Muscle Endurance
Day 7 - Rest

Week 2

Day 1 - Cardio
Day 2 - Pure Strength Strong Legs & Abs
Day 3 - Cardio
Day 4 - Pure Strength Chest, Shoulders, & Back
Day 5 - Cardio
Day 6 - Pure Strength Back, Biceps, and Abs
Day 7 - Rest

Week 3

Day 1 - Cardio
Day 2 - Bootcamp
Day 3 - Cardio
Day 4 - Legs & Glutes
Day 5 - Cardio
Day 6 - Pyramid DVD (Total Body Premix)
Day 7 - Rest

Week 4

Day 1 - Cardio
Day 2 - Pyramid DVD (Total Body Premix)
Day 3 - Cardio
Day 4 - Supersets
Day 5 - Cardio
Day 6 - Push Pull
Day 7 - Rest

Let me know the results! P.S. You've got quite a good collection now. I would see what the results you get from this before buying anything new.

Diane- we just started a short check-in using some of the videos you have (you can substitute as well). Look in Open Discussion (CTX day 1 week 1) if you want to join.
