    Your first Cathe?

    IMAX3...less than 2 weeks ago! That was my first introduction to Cathe! Honestly, I never thought you could get a "real" workout with home video workouts. Boy, have I been humbled!!!!!

    LaLa, you nut! Can't wait to see how you feel tomorrow! I still have only done I3 with my 6" box that came with BSS3 (meaning it's not club step length). I can't imagine doing it on an 8 incher! Yikes!

    Imax 3... I am humbled!!

    Yahoo! Got thru ALL of Imax3 this morning! The only blast that really kills me is the plie jacks one. I can't get thru the last set in it's entirety. And, is it just me, or are intervals 6-10 easier than the first 5??????

    Imax 3... I am humbled!!

    WooHoo! I got thru intervals 1 - 7 today!!! I'd only done 1-5 to date (ie. the first Premix), but today (my 5th time trying it) I persevered a bit more! Is it me, or are Blasts 6 & 7 not so so hard??? Of course, anything after Plie Jacks seems like breeze! LOL ;) ;-)

    I'm a runner, personally, and I was curious where you got this info??? If one burns 100 cals per mile running and runs approx 3 miles in 30 mins = 300 calories, you are thinking that you'll burn 300calories in 10 minutes of jumproping? That's amazing, if true! I really had always read that...

    Imax 3... I am humbled!!

    OMG, I'm still just doing the first Premix (the first half of the workout), and this is probably my 4th time working on it, and today I was dripping!!! It was a super workout. I don't feel too winded with the step portions, so that's more like a recovery, but the Blasts are unreal! I'm so glad...

    What a great idea! I say "Go for it"! And the Ipod suggestion is a good one, too! You all are so creative! If anyone questions you....just tell them it's your very own personal trainer!! :-)
