High Step Training - Advanced DVD

I'm at work right now, but if I'm not mistaken, I think there is a cardio only and a weights only premix. There may be a leg press premix. I'm sorry, I don't think I'm much help since I can't really recall. I'm sure other's will be more helpful. But I'm sure about the other 2 premixes.

The premixes are
warm up 5 min.
all 5 cardios 12 min
cardio & lower only 26 min
cardio & upper only 35 min.
Lower & Upper only 38 min.
upper body only 21 min
lower body only 13 min.
stretch 5 min.

Thanks Shawna,
I really like the premixes on this dvd as I can do the cardio and then an upper or lower with cardio split to extend the cardio time and get a good workout.
