    I don't think your doing anything wrong, it sounds as though you've got it right. I do use 1 lb gloves with this workout, and now I'm thinking I could go up to 1 1/2 lbs if they have them out there. I think weighted gloves helps to keep the workout challenging.

    Thanks for the posting because I'm not on the mailing list. I was wondering if that presale date was extended. Wow $199.00 still feels like a lot but I know it's worth it! Alot of people spend more than that on a gym membership and don't get half as good results as you can with Cathe.
