Your Neptune should still be under warranty?? (Mine is older than 6 years) and it died last year...... It was the motor.....Maytag sent us a new motor and dh installed it.

Years ago my Dh had alopecia areata. He got into to see the dermo right away and the dermo had a cortizone gun and injected it into all the his bald area's.... The dermo told us it may or may not grow back. It all grew back. Hope this helps!! ~Nicole
