So far I've done only the weights sections of Chest&Abs and Back&Shoulders, and I love them both!! I'm so glad I invested in these workouts just for the upper body alone. I previewed the Full Body, no equipment needed workout last night and it looks great too. Just wanted to share.

Hey, Stacy. I have to agree with you. I bought BBC at HSN.com when it was on sale for $35 plus shipping. What a great deal. I am a devoted Cathe fan at heart, so any other workout that I try I am skeptical from the get-go! LOL BUT....I am happily and pleasantly surprised by BBC! I'm on week 3 of a 4 week rotation and LOVING it. I'm doing the DVDs right in order, with some extra running in between (plus a rest day here and there) and I FEEL GREAT! The cardio sections are tough and mean, yet short and effective. And those treadmill cardio sections......WOWWWWWW!

I love it all.

I absolutely loved these workouts too. I just finished the first 5 days of it. The first few days were nothing but DOMS. But this week the soreness is gone and still going strong, now working on Day 2 again:)

I too love BBC! It is tough and I love getting a great workout in one hour or less.

I did B&S the other night and liked it very much. Didn't think much of the instructor, but I liked the routine. Especially the pushups with the one arm rows.

Is there modification for the treadmill? I was thinking of purchasing this set but I don't have a treadmill at home.

The DVD's have both a treadmill and a non-treadmill (using the step for the most part) options.
