    Can these workouts be done everyday?

    I was going to rotate STS with Shock Cardio, but if my goal is fat loss, can I do a different Shock cardio workout everyday? I know high intensity exercise can greatly increase your chance of injury, but I'm so excited to start Shock Cardio plus I'd like to take a break from heavy weight...

    is barbell necessary?

    I don't have a barbell! Cathe said dumbbells are okay to use if you don't have a barbell...but for all you Catheletes out there...is it time to invest in one for STS? I have a set of dumbbells, bands, ankle & hand weights, AND a home gym with push/pull machines. $$$ is very tight right now...
