How I found out about Cathe Workouts
I had seen Cathe's workouts in the Collage Video catalogue, but didn't have the equipment needed to do her workouts. I finally took the plunge and ordered my first four videos (Drill Max, Imax 3, Body Max 2, and Muscle Max) in April of 2007, along with the toys and goodies to go along with them. I was hooked on Cathe!
Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
Cathe is so personable and energetic, and she always motivates me to do my best. Even when I'm tired and dragging, I look forward to working out with Cathe since I know I'll have fun. She's the best!!

Other Workout DVDs that I own
Other instructors I really love are Amy Bento, Tracey Staehle, Ellen Barrett, and Ravi & Ana (kundalini yoga). I've also been doing kettlebell workouts (The KB Way, AOS Newport, and Keith Weber's Extreme Cardio) for a few months, and recently purchased some Dove's Bodies workouts. I also have a green cord in capoeira (Brazilian martial art).
My Fitness Goals
I'd like to maintain my 15-pound weight loss and continue to lose some body fat. I'd also like to continue to become stronger, fitter, and healthier!
