On the weeks when you do shock cardio what about weight work? There is no weight work in this series. Do you not do weights or so weights from another series?

I have never really been a circuit style workout person. I like to separate cardio and weights. Most of the new workouts look like they are circuit style. Is it possible to build good lean muscle mass with this type of workout vs. Heavy weight training?

I too am finishing the 3 month rotation. After taking about a month off to do circuit workouts and gym style workouts, I will start an undulating rotation again(this will be the second time). I love the undulating rotation. It provides variety and I saw awesome reusults with this rotation.

I personally like to do strength on one day and cardio on another. I recently read a comment that Jillian made where she says if you have to do them on the same day to strength training first. Doing cardio tires the muscles and you really can't give strength training your all if you are tired...
