    MEGA STEP BLAST OLDIE BUT FANTASTIC

    I love Mega Step Blast and do it quite often.... Its one of my favorites, a tough workout but without any too difficult choreography. I hope my tape never goes out on me. I'd like to see this one on DVD as well.

    Another vote for premixes. I don't much use premixes for weight workouts, but love the option with cardio.
