This was a fantastic workout! The cardio was the perfect blend of a steady state combo on the main floor with a short cardio blast, a steady state combo on the heavy bag with a short cardio blast, followed by ab work consisting of a few creative standing core moves with one or two moderate dumbbells (Cathe uses 10 lbs) on the main floor. Repeat this sequence for a total of 3 rounds. All cardio moves are low impact or easily modified to low impact, and the standing core could be done with lighter weight or no weight. I particularly enjoyed the warm up and some of the floor combos were excellent brain teasers (very doable, however).

My only note is that I wish the cool down and stretch were longer. However this may have been due to the workout already exceeding 50 minutes and Cathe needing to restart the music. I will do this workout again for sure. Thanks Cathe!
