Cathe/SNM - I read your email announcing the current tier of the presale will be ending March 31. I have not yet pre-ordered as I have a few questions and was hoping for more details from you before I ordered:
1) You said this series will be "elevated". I found the original LMR to be several 'notches" below your usual intensity - more like 'beginner-friendly' and as you often say "if it doesn't challenge you, it will not change you". The main challenges to me with the original LMR were the balance challenges. I enjoyed the novelty of the fusion workouts, however, I just will not be using them on a regular basis - maybe for recovery workouts or coming back after an illness/injury, but not for my usual Cathe monthly rotations. How elevated will this new series be? You said "slightly" heavier weights will be used - what's that specifically? Will a Cathlete who has been working out with you for years find this challenging (aside from the balance challenges)?
2) The cardio is low-impact, however, what will be the intensity level? Will these be mostly steady state or will there be some intervals and higher intensity?
3) Will the 4 bonus-download weight workouts be chaptered? Will they be filmed in your studio or in the gym like a LIVE? How are they split? Are they "express" workouts? Does the offer of these bonus workouts expire after the price increase?
