    graduating today...

    I ran my first 5k EVER!!! :)

    It was so much fun! I ran it in 27:00 minutes. I was proud of that :) I wasn't even training, but I might take it up now and see how much better i do next time. just wanted to share the exciting news :) -Christina

    tastes so good! but the breakdown of carbs: 8g sugar, 7 g erythritol. what the heck is that? is says 17 g total carbs.(1g fiber) and no artificial sweetners. what do you think? hmmm -tina

    shoulder work and sore neck ...

    Cathe and educated, I did S&H shoulders yesterday, and woke up with a sore neck! I tried to mentally keep my neck relaxed while doing the work out, but that obviously did not work. On top of that, I have verrrrry litttttle DOMS in the shoulders. I used 5 or 8 pound weights for the excercises...
