    I liked very much the guys in Cardio Kicks, and I liked that Cathe asked them to came front during the drills. They gave their max and it was motivating to see that. And I am with Wayne, I like mixity of people in real life and in my workouts.:-)

    I do too, but I use both dumbells and a barbell, this is easier for me than changing my weights on the barbell.

    Bodymax still a humbling experience

    Hi Bebop ! I managed to do the whole workout only after increasing my aerobics capacity with Imax2 (not Imax, this was too tough too soon for me) ! Imax2 really helped me coping with the very fast pace and high intensity of Body Max. I did Imax2 once a week and saw really good improvements...
