I've let myelf go for a month only working out maybe 5 times and just now starting to eat like shit! I am so pissed and my body looks disgusting! My stomach is sticking out my thighs are getting wider and dimply in the back!!! Oh my god i am so mad! I have had alot of set backs though! I'm gonna try to start tomorrow Just pure cardio then start meso 3 next week.
Please help me i need some motivation!!!

Randi, welcome to the human race. Now your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to pick out your alltime favorite cardio workout for tomorrow, then your alltime favorite total-body muscle workout for Wednesday, then your next alltime favorite cardio workout for Thursday, then a Stretch Max routine on Friday, then your favorite circuit workout for Saturday. By then, you'll be back in the groove and start melting some of this shit off.

Get back on it girl! One day at a time! Get up tomorrow with a new attitude! Get on that workout! I agree with A-Jock - pick out your absolute fave cardio dvd and go to it! Don't think about it, don't procrastinate over it - JUST GO FOR IT!!!! You'll feel better and be ready for the next workout on Wednesday!

I agree...pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and move on. Don't worry about the past. Grab a favorite cardio and have fun!!
 
From what I've read of your posts, you've been through a lot but you are a fighter. Everybody has the right to fall off the wagon...now you are ready to get back on so JUMP GIRL!!! You can do it and besides, you are one ripped chic - it's in there and if you are anything like me, as soon as you get back on it, you will feel better about yourself and see your body in a more positive light.

OMG have I been there! Not exercise wise but FOOD wise for sure! I am currently battling some weight gain that happened due to incredibly bad food choices at the end of last summer. I outgrew 3 pairs of jeans, my belly was all puffed out and my ab definition was almost completely gone. I felt AWFUL!

I am happy to say that I am FINALLY back on the wagon and have been there since the beginning of the month. I feel sooo much better already! I can't fit into those jeans yet but I am looking and feeling better every day! It's a slow process but I'm doing it and you can do it too!!!!

Well, sugar, yelling at yourself, calling yourself mean names and focusing on the negative isn't very motivating, is it? If a friend said those things to you, in that tone, would she remain a friend? Why not try talking to yourself like you are your own best friend, and you want what's best for you?
 
You are so right Morningstar:) I've been up since 3 am thinkin about what workout to do this morning. THink its gonna bedouble cardio from 4DS. Believe it or not but this is my only falling of the wagon in 3 years!! I hurt my knee pulled my quad muscle and have been sick the past 3 weeks! It's been horriable!!
 
you can do it!!! been there,done that, still have a spare tire to prove it LOL. we are only human with human things going on in life and life sure knocks us down doesn't it? but how we get back up for the fight is what matters.

This is very true! So why do we all do this do ourselves? We wouldn't treat our friends this way.:confused:

Enjoy Double Cardio and be sure to ease back into things. I have a tendency to get super enthusiastic and go full-tilt when I shouldn't. Then I hurt myself. :rolleyes:
 
you can do this.we all believe in you & we have been there. when you feel yourself getting down on yourself replace that voice with all the catheites saying "you can do this" and cheering you on. remember, one step at a time. Just do it.
 
Stop gawking at the damn mirrors and beating yourself up. That accomplishes nothing except leaving you to feel like garbage.
 
I'm in the same boat. The winter in Alberta has taken a toll on me. Since January I have lost my will to live and I gave up on myself. Too little workout and too much food. After a quick trip to California last week I seem to have gained some happiness back. Time to get on that horse and kick it. We can do it together! :D
