I've let myelf go for a month only working out maybe 5 times and just now starting to eat like shit! I am so pissed and my body looks disgusting! My stomach is sticking out my thighs are getting wider and dimply in the back!!! Oh my god i am so mad! I have had alot of set backs though! I'm gonna try to start tomorrow Just pure cardio then start meso 3 next week.
Please help me i need some motivation!!!
