>I'll happily trade with Marie or Robin, because in my opinion
>both Stevie Wonder and Wings are better than John Denver, but
>NY25 YOURS is the song I REALLY want! I adored When Doves Cry
>in my youth, and totally identify with it.

>Marie, I promise I won't tell anyone. Are you a Fanilow too?

You know I can't smile without you
I can't smile without you
I can't laugh
And I can't sing
Finding it hard to do anything!

:7

Actually, no, I like some of Barry's music but my SO would probably murder me in my sleep if I subjected him to too much of it. But John Denver! I love him! I play his greatest hits in my car whenever I am traveling! :*

"Love Hangover" Diana Ross

Never heard of it.

Hey Nance, my DH sung "Sunshine on My Shoulder" to me while we were dating when we slow danced, along with "Stairway to Heaven".

"Love Hangover"? Gotta go look for this one.

Mine's "Total Eclipse of the Heart" I think I liked that song, I can't seem to remember the words. Oh wait I can hear it now....there's nothing I can say nothing I can do....da da da.....

Cherish was the one for the day I was born.

Susan

Yikes! "I Think I Love You" by The Partridge Family! But, I DO love you guys! :7

Mine is Greatest Love of All by Whitney Houston. This was fun!!
Thanks for sharing! The song the day I was born was Tighten Up - now that's my theme song. I've been trying to "tighten up" for the past 20 years!

A friend in fitness,
Shirl:)

For my 18th birthday it was This is How We Do it by Montel Jordan!! HA!

But for my actual date of birth it was Hotel California by the Eagles!!! :)

My birth-day theme song is "Young Love" by Tab Hunter.
My 18-birthday song (which they say to use if you were born before 1952, and I wasn't, so it doesn't count!) is "Pick up the Pieces" by AWB.

my 18th was "Rush Rush" by Paula Abdul! Yuck! The number one when I was born was "My Love" by Paul McCartney and Wings. Better.

Sally

Oh, Michele, that has got to be the WORST song ever. Sorry. :( You can have Sunshine on My Shoulders and I'll stick with Heartbreak Hotel. :D
Nancy

Mine was "Billie Jean" by Michael Jackson. I totally remember dancing to this in High School. But my DH's life theme song is by one of my favorite fun groups: J.Giles- Centerfold!

This was fun- thanks for sharing:)

Deanie

"This is a Blast- act like you are having one!" Cathe Friedrich

Mine was "Tonight's The Night" by Rod Stewart. That's bringing back some memories...

Jeanette

According to the site, you only enter your 18th birthday if you were born before 1952. Since I was born 1977, mine is:
When I Need You - Leo Sayer

But I don't know that song at all, and it looks like many here put in their 18th birthday... which for me is:
This Is How We Do It - Montell Jordan

So, I guess I need to start liking that song? Nah... :p

#1 on my 18th birthday -- Cream by Prince and the New Power Generation (not sure what that means for me...)

#1 on my birthday "Keep on Truckin'" by Eddie Kendricks (never heard of it, but it seems to fit the story of my life more than "Cream")

:p
