I just have to share what happened today after 4 eweks of working out with Cathe's videos!

I was talking to the President of my company and when I was about to walk out of his office he said. "Nicole, do you work out a lot?" And I said I do now, and he said, "Well it shows."

Now I have worked with this man for 3 years and he treats my like one of his daughters. He is Danish and has NO FILTER, bless him.

So for him to say that means it is seriously noticeable.

Congratulations! There's nothing better than an unsolicited compliment! It's great when it comes from someone who typically doesn't notice anything! Don't know if he's like that but my boss is!

Isn't it nice when someone else notices, even though you are doing it for yourself?

My plant manager makes comments about my arms and even takes some pretty hard jabs at my delts. The worst thing he did was tell the other ladies at that site (I work 30 min away) that they should start working out like I do ! Little bugger most definitely is looking for trouble I say !
