Sorry! I haven't been on here in a long while and don't know how to navigate through here easily. I did end up buying all the beginner DVDs. I have retried 2-3x to follow the Beginner Rotation and love it, but injuries/sickness keep getting me up to about the 4 week mark and then I can no longer to it for a short time and need to start again. I love all the DVDs that I did get and have now bought almost all of the Cathe Series -- CTX, 4 Day Split, Pure Strength, Hardcore Series... I am planning to eventually get to the point where I can be consistent and Cathe's DVDs no matter how many times I have had to restart, never get boring; they always seem new to me.
