The family is getting through it. I have been texting my mom a couple of times a day to see how she is doing. She is taking it a day at a time. I think as time passes it will get just a little easier. She misses that day to day interaction that I didn't have. I miss being able to talk to him when I want to. Thanks for asking. It is really hard to lose a love one!

Ok, today's workout was workout # 254. Legs and core....

Today was Low Impact Bootcamp Live. I can't believe I have never done this workout. That is what I love about Live -there are SO many workouts.

Oh no. It was someone at work's birthday. Mine is in April. Stormy afternoon caused a long commute. Taking a rest day today. Only got the elliptical in this morning... I haven't done all the live workouts yet either. I saw that today's live was kickboxing. I am going to give that a try soon.

I cleaned so much on Friday afternoon. It felt good.
Yesterday was a rest day. We were at the beach and the weather was great.

I will mark that date so I don't forget to wish you a happy birthday. Mine is April 27.

Ended up with a ton of errands and cleaning yesterday. No workout. Today I did Cardio Slam with the abs. Tomorrow I am planning to do last week's live kickbox workout. I have my annual physical tomorrow morning. So, I am working at home.

I am working remotely today! It's so nice I may lay by the pool for an hour.

I had my annual exam 2 weeks ago. Everything was great but since I am over 50 I need to get a colonoscopy. Not looking forward to that...

Today was Sweat Jump and Pump Live. Cathe labels this random training and I wish you would you more workouts like this.

Thankfully I don't have to get a Colonoscopy yet. Just the mammogram. Hopefully all the other tests come back ok. Need to work on my eating though. I was up a couple of pounds. Ugh!!!

Checking in today with the Live from last week: Kickboxing and core.

Probably weights tomorrow. I like the step jump & pump too. I would love more like that and then cardio to go in between them!

The humidity has really been brutal. I can stand the heat but the humidity.

I hope the headache is better. I had one the other day that I could not shake.

Today was Rev Up Rumble plus Calorie Crush and Abs.

We are going down to Baltimore tomorrow to finally get Margaret down to one apartment! We just have to clean out the one on the undergrad campus. I am so glad we are done with this.

It was brutal moving yesterday but it’s all done ! I miss her being 3 hours away. I really hope she is closer in medical school.
