Thanks for sharing! So excited about this new series... and Cathe wearing shorts again! And have you seen Amanda, just right after having a baby she is in amazing shape! So happy to see the crew back in action... how about Jay and Lorraine?
 
Thanks for sharing. It is nice to see the guys. I wonder if Cathe is going to mix-up the crew a bit or if everyone will be in each dvd. I like them all so it does not matter to me. Thanks again for sharing!

Oh thanks for posting this! Great to see Jai, and I LOVE the outfits. It's great that Cathe's giving us all these sneak peeks...she knows we're bursting with excitement!
 
Poor cathe and crew! I thought it said two today! That is really hard
I think the First two dvds are different muscle groups but then burn sets right after ..I hope she isn't overtraining. Id hate for aany of them to be to exhausted!
 
Dang when was this? Yesterday? If so that means they did 3 workouts in one day? How how are they doing this! Machines I tell u. And if this was today.. still how are they doing this! Lol love it! Gawd I wanna squeeze them lol
