X10 title?

Hi All,

Been a Cathe groupie (Cathlete) forever but rarely post.

Swoop into forums every now and then.

But consistently do Cathe's w/outs.

Bought some of the Flex Train series including X10 but kept it on the proverbial shelf because I thought they were quick, HI workouts bursts.

Just opened the w/out and lo and behold it's not "10" minute w/outs, or 10 X repeaters or anything "10" that I can figure out.

I'm sure this has been asked before; does anyone know the rationale behind the "10" in this workout title that kept me from discovering this gem????

I believe Cathe originally planned the X10 workouts to be 10 min but they are actually each around 13-16 min long. This does not include the 8 min warmup or 5 min cooldown.
 
Oh I thought they were 10 minutes but with the warm up and cool down added it makes it 26 minutes or somewhere in that area.? I never times it really so I assumed that's what it was. I usual do two or three of them.
