X10 review

Doable. Pushes you to the very limit, but doable in its entirety (77min, yeah?).
I loved the workout, though, of course, I WAS soaking sweat already at the first segment.
Again, for me it is another example that a top-intensity routine can be created without that dreadful dread factor. I AM tired, but I will do this workout again sometime soon, when I need a kick to my metabolism.
It is fast-paced, varied and perfectly cued. With changes, you just seem to forget your fatigue and get recovery to those systems that are not involved in the current segment.
I think it is fun, a challenge, and, of course, it is a great calorie burner too.
Thank you, Cathe!

X77

I love it as it was made for a purpose!

In a long run those 77 minutes challenge endurance. During the program there are short burst which push us to work anaerobically. There is enough in this workout to please both aerobic and anaerobic preferences;)

I have attempted X77 twice. Now i have to remember to keep an extra top!
Great stuff Cathe Thanks:):);)

The more I do X10, the more I like it. It really is a fun, metabolic(?) workout. I really like the weights incorporated into it...and yeah, I have not done the 77 minute scary bit yet....but maybe one day!

After 2 months of nursing a calf injury and only doing spinning and weights, I was able to tackle X10 77 again for only the second time. And again, it was hard, super fun, always changing and the time actually flew by. I so appreciate all the effort Cathe puts in to making these workouts challenging with so much variety. I hope I can walk tomorrow but it was well worth it no matter!
