Good Morning:)

Im just sitting here and waiting for my coffee to arrive:9 We are all out of coffee filters so DH had to go out and get us some coffee.

Its a rainy day here today so there won't be any running for moi. Im not sure what I am going to do. maybe Imax3 and GS Legs:) Im not sure what I am in the mood for yet.

Alright, I will be back in a little while. I have to cut DH's hair.

Good Morning All...it's almost Friday

My new DVDs have not arrived yet :-( So I pull out my fanny lifter and did an old fashion Firm Cardio 1 hour. I miss Allie DelRio, she used to be my fav. instructor, before Cathe. I've come a long way because I remember when I could not get thru that workout.

Hopefully my new workouts come in the mail.

Amelia- was you able to work out yesterday? Do you drink flavored coffee. I do and I try to keep it low cal.

Lori- I sent you an email. BC/ME are great w/o. How is the PH/MIS/BM? I don't have these and was thinking about buying them. Lori do not give up breastfeeding. At least until he is 1 years old. You know of all the health benefits. My daughter was breast fed and she is healthy as a horse. My son wasn't and he has allergies, asthma, and ear infections etc.etc. Yes I feel guilty about that.

Kim- I think that you made the right decision by not joining a gym when we have all of these new Cathe DVDs coming up. I brought the 20# DB for the 4 Day Split. I also drink one Pepsi Jazz, at the end of the day because it dehydrates me. I try to drink my water first and then give myself a treat (Caramel Jazz)....so good, but bad for ya.;-)

Belinda- how are you doing, how are you feeling

Im taking a rest day,my legs are so tight and soar from yesterday and my shoulders and back are soar from the day before,so today is going to be two seg. from Total Body Stretching!

Lori-Have you decided what workout to do yet?

Robin-What DVD's did you order? I drink just plain coffee with the dry non-dairy creamer and sweetner!

Kim-How did your WI and Measurent go? I measure/WI on the seventh and those results will determine whether or not I do the intermediate rotation agian! And Im also going to see what Cathe's August rotation looks like too!

Cheryl-I was also wondering what the Leanness Life Style program was? Hows your day going?

Nancy-Still on vacation? Have fun!

Belinda-I know your going through alot right now,so I don't expect you to check inn-but just incase you do-I wanted to let you know that your DM is still im my prayers!

Hey Ladies!!!

Today I did CTX-Kickbox and in a minute I am going to take my morning walk at work. I want to do Body Max tonight. I will see...

Amelia- I was rushing the week yesterday when I said today is my weigh in. I was thinking today was Friday. :+ I weigh in on Fridays and I will measure every last Friday of the month. So, official weigh in is not until tomorrow!!

Lori- What did you decide to do today? Have fun!!

Robin- How do you feel about the Firm workouts now that you are using Cathe? Do they still challenge you? I still like to switch up with different instructors. It is just my personality and I like to do lighter w/o sometimes.

Cheryl- What do you have up for today? I was going to ask the same questions Robin asked. What is that new program you are starting.

Okay, my walking parther is looking over my shoulder, with hands on hips!!!

Hi, everyone! I did PH upperbody/abs this morning for a total of 45 minutes. Liked it.

www.leannesslifestyle.com is what I signed up for. I haven't gotten the password yet, so I haven't really gotten into it officially... some of the YaYa's recommmended it and are doing it, so I thought what the heck.

I'll keep everyone posted.

Robin, I can't breastfeed for a yr b/c I am due back to work in Nov. He won't be a yr until Jan. I can't keep up what isn't there. But one mintue I say I am going to give it up and then the next min I think....why not nurse him with whatever milk I have and then bottle feed the rest? I didn't get your email. Im not sure what email address you sent it to..do you know? [email protected] doesn't exist anymore. If you have a copy of it you can send it to [email protected].

Amelia, you sound like you are in rough shape today:) The only part that hurts on me is chest. I was kind of hoping that something else would be sore but oh well.

Kim, good job on the workout. You have a full day of working out!

Cheryl, Im sure whatever you set your mind to you will acheive:) Do you know what the leaness lifestyle invovles?

I started my workout but DS woke 15 mins into it. I don't know why he woke. He was only asleep for 30 mins. I did HSC and a 20 mins run. Boy, I have done alot of push ups the last couple of days, no wonder my abs and chest are sore. My workout took me about 75 mins but I still have everything left out , with hopes that I will fit legs in sometime today. Its tempting to have a nap though when DS goes down.

Devasting news!!!! My back is peeling! How do I stop it? I burned last week and now I look like I have a skin disorder! hahaha Should I just whack the moisturizer to it or peel it so then all the skin is gone? Gross I know..but Im not sure how my dress is gonna look on a peeling back!!!

Good Afternoon ladies!

I caved on my rest day and walked at the park w/DS(pushing a stroller) for about 40 mins! I was just about to do my stretching,just wanted to pop in for a min.

Cheryl-I also Love Ph/Ub love the music!

Lori-The only thing that helps me with a peeling sunburn is aloe vera! Have you tried that yet?

Kim-Good luck tommorrow with the WI/Measurements!Also,I've previewed body max but have never attempted it! Im still tackleing bm2 without much luckx( can only go about 20mins without being totally exhausted,LOL. I know one day I'll have the pleasure of completing it!

The Firm is easy, not very easy, but easy for an easy day when I'm sore. It's funny that I still remember the moves. Compared to cathe's advance workout, the Firm is a slice of cake.

Sorry about your sunburn Lori.OUCH...sometimes Noxema works to cool it down, but not if it's a open burn.

I just received my new Kim Spreen DVDs (Absolute Kick-Boxing CIA-2705 and Cardio-Camp CIA-2605). I’m going to watch them and I’ll let you know how they are. :D :D

Pot-luck dinner tonight.
 
Robin- I love Absolute KB and Cardio Camp. I did not like the Kickbox Boot Camp (not enough combos or kicking for my taste). Enjoy!!

If you like kickboxing you will probably like other CIA titles like Criss Cross Cardio and Fit to Kick the latter in vhs only). Both are taught by Sherri Jacquelyn. Kick It! w/Janis Saffell (vhs only).
