Hey just wondering is it me or others feel this way? It seems like I. Get a nnew workout I do it its fun its hard. Love it. Then the next time I do it it really seems harder. It has happened with cf, AT, TTM, AB, I mean really it seems more difficult each time. I wonder if I'm losing strength or if it is the excitement of a new workout makes endorphines kickk in and hellps. Or these type of wo designed just that way. Like, U can not out grow them lol.
