Geez Namita.....Just spent the last 1/2 checking out your home gym photo's, going through them over and over!!!....Your room is just GORGEOUS! and I love all the "Quotes".

I continue to get such great inspiration and motivation from all you ladies....Thanks for helping me keep my head in the game!

Atiman, I love your workout room and those colors are awesome. Love the quotes and pictures. How did you make the pictures?? They would really brighten up my boring workout room. ;) I posted pic on my user CP! My DH is in the military, we are stationed in Germany. I live on base, we can't color the walls. Everything is white  Very boring! Your room is just GORGEOUS! Thanks for sharing!

Dear god, Namita, I don't think I've EVER been so jealous of a room before! How could ANYONE not love to come to that space every day and move their ass?

Both rooms are beautiful! Thanks so much for sharing. You've given me some ideas. ;) I am so glad I got DD a Cricut Expression for Christmas. :D

Thank you all for the nice remarks.

Belinda, you have lots of options even if you have white walls that can not be painted. It's all about what your budget will allow and what you're willing to do.

For the pictures, I used a removable vinyl. I used leftover vinyl from lettering in the room. You can use paper, stiffened fabric or anything else.
I printed and sized out some silhouettes. Then I broke each figure down by what color I wanted parts to be. I cut the figures by hand with a razor blade.
If your old enough to remember Colorforms or something like this. This is basically how it's all done. All three framed ones took a total of about an hour or so to cut and frame.

As for your walls you could use removable vinyl, too. The lettering on my wall will peel off when I want to remove it. The stripes are painted, but this can be done with vinyl. Paint was cheaper and easier and less time consuming for me.
I bought my vinyl online. Craft stores carry them as well, but only certain colors and one brand.
They sell rolls (12ft x 6"), squares, circles and patterned. You can come up with something, I'm sure.
If you check online there are thousands and thousands of pre-cut vinyl designs to choose from online. I even saw a few fitness related items...like definition of fitness and endurance.
Start with a punch of color and change your window treatment. This one thing will make a difference. Or do a black and white theme with one accent color that's used in the curtains, one in a picture or few scattered throughout the room.

You can take fabric that is soaked in liquid starch and apply it to the a section of the wall or the whole wall. This will peel off without removing the wall when you're ready to remove it.

Namita, thanks so much for sharing and giving me some great ideas ;) You are so talented and creative! Today I will go the the craft shop here on base and see what I can find. I will post pic, once my wo room is done!
Thanks again, for sharing! I love your workout room:D

I thought I would show my room too :)

My hubby and I have an upstairs "game room" or "media room" that used to house our sound system and big tv . .. then we realized it was facing the girls' rooms and would keep them up at night so we moved the tv downstairs and our craft room in to the game room.

Then one day I realized it was crazy that I was trying to work out in this little tiny nook when we had a whole office downstairs we weren't using because the computer was busted. We were using the laptop up in the craft room. So "I had and idea" - words my hubby loves :)

We moved our craft stuff down to the office and moved our workout stuff in to the "new workout room" It is perfect for both of us to work out in together. He loved doing STS!

I took the pics with my Iphone so they are not great but they go from as you hit the top of the stairs you can see the whole room
then you see my step and cathe pull-up tower and our two barbells
then the middle of the room where you can barely see our small fridge, weights, sound system and tv and part of Bryan's pull up tower
to the last picture of Bryan's pull-up tower and his step and the first generation tread climber we were given this past Christmas from his aunt :)

Tami :)
