Hi All! I woke up with so much energy today....just love that! Going to spend time with the kids and then find myself a good sweat. What are you doing today?

I'm following your sweaty lead, Cathe. It's gorgeous day here so heading outdoors to get some sun and then gonna pounce on that elliptical. Hope you have a fun time out and about with your handsome guys :)

I'm having a rest day today after finishing Meso 2, week 1 yesterday (and feelling it!). I'm going to enjoy the 77 degree weather and sunshine and do a very brisk, hilly 6 mile walk through the neighborhood! Then, grilling outside! Spring has sprung!!
CATHE & CATHLETES: enjoy this beautiful day!

I did Body Max 2 (still singing Jesse's Girl :p) and now I am in the midst of House Max!

No such luck on good weather here in Central Illinois. :( Only highs in the 30s the next couple of days with possible snow flurries.

I'm going for LBB this afternoon!!!! It's also Day 2 of Week 5 of the 100 Push-Up Challenge! I know how to PARTAY!!!!!!!

Three guesses:

I did my first 5k race of the season (as a speedwalker). HORRID weather (but could have been worse, as rain/snow didn't happen as predicted): 35 degrees, windy on some points of the course (headwinds), and a LONG, cold wait for the results tabulations (and this was by a university MATH club!)

I paired up Hiit 30/30 with PUB. I really enjoyed this combo! After a horrible food feast last night I needed my butt kicked today. Thanks for that Cathe! :)

Wooohooo right backatcha! Must be something in the air! I did a bout of Insanity today and now pay-bills max, laundry drills & dinner-prep!! Tomorrow is High Reps.

Happy Saturday!

Pam

Hi Cathe and all!

Today was my first day of the Learn to Run clinic from the Running Room and I did the Cardio & Weights cardio premix.

I did Core Cardio Circuit and Circuit Blast of the Shock Cardio Series back to back. I LOVE the music in this set, these are so much fun.

O'h it's great to hang out with your handsome boys!! I just got back from puppy training with our darling Tilly. But feeling the energy to get going with B&G today. Enjoy your Sunday Cathe!

Both:eek:

This morning was Athletic Step. Its so much fun, it just flies by.

Alisha

Well, I did pause for 10 minutes to refill the water bottle...

Athletic Step is the only one that I haven't tried in this series. (I have all of them but Step Moves.) Even hearing the word *step* does this to me:  I can't seem to get past the bow and arrow and around the world thing and then I'm all turned around and actually get a neck ache from trying to watch the tv at all angles. I don't know how you all figure this stuff out. I tripped over my step so many times (Bodymax 2 was my intro), put my foot down and its not there, fallen backwards on it. Sooo, Athletic Step is SUPPOSED to be well...athletic? I am hoping so, in fact I think that is the one I will do after core work in a few minutes.

Hi DirtDiva... I definitely avoid the turning around stuff and just do the moves facing forward... I get wayyy to dizzy and clumsy if I have to change directions! The moves seem just as effective while facing the TV vs. spinning all around the Step!

Well I am purely stymied...I just *tried* to do Athletic Step, I failed miserably. I didn't even get through the warm-up. :( Then I realized that I hadn't done HIIT either and smiled thinking I'm home free. Nope...the warm up was step again. I really mean this, how am I supposed to learn these moves??? I think Cathe should do a demo You Tube on how to do step.
