Will Cathe make more videos with the Boss Bands/Loops?

Hi, there. Just wondering whether the Boss Bands were a one-time thing or if she plans to make more videos with them.

Hi CanadianCathlete,

Cathe has already made a Cathe Live video using the Boss Bands & Loops and I'm sure she will make more. Boss Bands & Loops have many uses and can be used in many ways, so I'm sure you will see them in the future. And though we can't make any promises about future videos, It only makes sense to use the Boss Bands & Loops in a variety of workouts.

I hope so! I love the new dvds....the bands are great for cathes older workouts as well!

I have done Cathe’s Fit Tower Boot Camp and used the Boss Bands
and my FW band and they worked great! I also used them during LITE
Body Weight and Bands workout.
