I did Drill Max on Saturday, & I must say it is a super-fun workout! It's my first try at Cathe's strength training, & my first circuit training workout ever (other than the one we did during the road trip which was part comedy & part strength), & now I'm scrambling to figure out how to fit it into my routine without losing something else.
In any case, part of what was so fun about it is it's not what I'd call a "killer" workout--it's a nice light weight workout with some moderate to high intensity cardio. So, even though I didn't really feel like I was killing myself, by the time I finished I couldn't even begin to think about my housework b/c I needed a nap.
The only problems I had were the usual--space issues. I could not figure out how the heck to do the walking lunges without climbing over furniture. The leaps toward the end had me bouncing off one wall & bouncing off my sofa on the other side. I had my step on one side of the room & my yoga mat on the other.
But I did adjust, & I figure after a few times I'll have figured out the space issues. I absolutely loved this workout!
Tomorrow I'm trying Cardio Fusion. A little nervous b/c I haven't done the cardio sections from the other workouts, but I am looking forward to it.
