Whose done the new workouts???

Hi Linda! If you don't mind me asking, what make/model dvd player do you have? All of my dvds freeze!:(

I just completed BodyMax II. I gotta say...save this one for a day you have lots of energy. I'm drained now....but happily so! :)
I had no problems at all with skipping, freezing, etc. The choreography is easy to get but lots of fun and the music is very motivating!! This workout is a masterpiece. After a rest I'm taking on B&G!

i did low impact circuit this afternoon after a road bike ride...

i LOVED it! i was going to do drill max... but my hip was hurting for some unknown reason.... so didn't want to aggrevate it more!

i LOVE the step cardio and even the blast... FUN FUN FUN!

it's not hard... but it sure is FUN!

i previewed the premixes, too... and love that there is additional stuff not in the "main" workout!

i also previewed drill max but not bmax2 or butts and guts yet!

cute work out clothes are good for AT LEAST an additional 10-15 calories burned!
 
I absolutely love the workouts but can't stand the techno music (the same fuzzy beat and sound over and over again is just not my thing). I own all of Cathe's DVDs and have always enjoyed the music but I can honestly say.."not in this series." I am hoping to find other music to play during the step sections and use the voice only option. I know I am probably in the minority, but I did want to express my thoughts on the music choices in the cardio portions of this series.

I've done all but Cardio Fusion, I'm following the November Rotation. Drill Max is very hard for me, I had to modify. I am loving these workouts.
