Who's doing a double today?

I think the only double I am doing today is at the ice cream stand!!

LOVE it!!

The only double I did today was I ate 2 bananas.

IMAX 3 was more than enough for me this morning. And it's rainy & cold outside today so once I get home from work, I'm curling up w/ a good book!!
 
I did P90X plyometrics, followed by a Pilates reformer private session. My legs are fried...

PS. Cathe it's thanks to your HIIT workouts which I am forcing myself to do EACH week that I can now do plyometrics without pause
 
Okay, some of you are incredibly hard-core!! I fogot to add Laundry Max to my schedule!! :p Hey Cathe, maybe you could create some new DVD "rotations": Laundry Circuit, Interval Kitchen Cleaning, Hi-Lo Vacumming and Mow-Max (as previously suggested!) hehehe!:eek::eek:

I did triple core-- 4DS Kickbox core only, then all of SuperSets (which includes core), followed by Shock Cardio boxing core. Loved it!
 
Yep, doubles most days. This morning was my HiiT run and I just finished disc 9, STS Legs! Love it! ;)

Well, I guess you could consider what I did today a double. I ran 3 miles in the Houston heat and humidity, then did Travel Fit.:p
 
LOVE IT!!! You are one strong bunch of Cathletes. I am so proud of you. If it was your off day, let us know what you do tomorrow. :D
 
Sounds just like my usual idea of a double ;) Proud to say after a very long work-out break I spent some time gettin' re-aquainted with my old friend Stairmaster, followed by some core work. Ended the day with some Qoola Yogurt, and it was a 'double' after all: chocolate + vanilla...so there :D

Please share this smoothie recipe.:cool:

I love making up different smoothies for post workout to share with the kids! I don't usually measure--just throw everything in the blender--so these amounts are approximate and make about 2 servings:

2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
1 Tbs ground flax
Pina Colada Mix to taste (I use Coco Real, Coco Lopez, or frozen Bacardi mix )
1 banana
3/4 cup fresh pineapple (I add some of the juice too)
1 cup milk (So Delicious Vanilla Coconut Milk Beverage is awesome in this!)
a handful of ice

If you really like that "rum" flavor, you can add a couple drops of rum extract too :)
 
I feel like I did a double....I did Hiit 40/20 and S&H chest. Electrifying!!!
