Which weight series should I start with?

Hi Ladies - I have been working out with the Body Blast series including the weight training DVD. I'm ready to move onto something more intense. I am signed up for STS, but want to increase my workout (particularly my upper body) before STS comes out. What set of DVDs would you suggest, Slow and Heavy, Gym Style or Pure Strength.

I would really appreciate any suggestions.

By the way, thanks to you Catheites who suggested the Body Blast Series as my next step. It is too much fun and I've really enjoyed doing it - thanks for the suggestion.
 
Not Cathe here but......

I'd vote GS as it is SO versatile... GS + PS are my favs... SH takes ALOT of mental toughness to move at that s-l-o-w pace but its a great W/O.... Oh heck...Get all 3!:eek:

Another vote for Gym Styles. I love these workouts. I don't have the Pure Strength so can't help you on that.

Thanks for the imput. Someone else had suggested GS, and that was my first choice. So, GS is it. Thanks guys.
