I like to work legs 2 days per week. Out of all Cathe's workouts, including any cicuit style, which 2 do you all think get the best results for the legs for overall muscle definition? I understand diet plays a big part too.

I don't have all of Cathe's workouts, but of the ones I do have (and do regularly), I find Gym Style Legs and the leg blast premix from Butts & Gutts to be especially effective.

I've only done it twice, but I've heard people say Pyramid Lower Body is great, as well.
 
I would alternate Leaner Legs and Butts and Guts. But I may be a masochist!

Cathe has several other good lower-body-only workouts, like Pyramids and Gym Styles. Pyramids would be good to alternate with either of the first two. You can make it more effective, IMO, by lifting a bit heavier and putting longer breaks between sets.

I give a strong THIRD rec. for Gym Style Legs and B&G. These two are FIRST on my list :7 .

I do like Pyramid Lower Body, but I'd have to say that if you can only get two workouts right now, get Gym Style Legs and Butts & Guts. Add PLB later, but definitely add it.
 
I have B&G, GSL, PLB, & L&G. I'm thinking maybe doing something like B&G overall legs premix and GSL 1 week, then GSL & PLB the next then maybe PLB and L&G.....and so on. I like to mix it up but want to use the most effective ones. Thanks for the input.
